Consultations
Dr Khan consults privately at the Three Shires Hospital in Northampton. Clinics are held on Monday evenings from 5pm to 8pm and alternate Wednesdays from 1pm to 3pm. Endoscopy lists are usually carried out in the Endoscopy Unit at the Three Shires Hospital on Monday mornings.
Nuzhat Hayat manages Dr Khan’s private practice and would be happy to arrange a convenient appointment, usually available within a week of request. Patients should preferably be referred through their General Practitioner, but self-referrals are often acceptable.
A new patient consultation normally lasts 30 minutes or as required by the needs of the patient. Patients are either self-funding or privately insured. Dr Khan is fee assured with most major healthcare insurance providers including: Bupa, Axa, Aviva, The Exeter, Healix Health Services, Simply Health, Vitality, WPA and works within their fee guideline structure.

MEDICO-LEGAL WORK

Patients attending for medico-legal appointments must bring at least two forms of identification. One of these must include a photograph (e.g passport or driving licence).
